Miracle on 42nd Street is a must have for forward thinking Urban Planning, Architectural and Cultural Leadership programs.  Funded partly by the the National Endowment for the Arts, the film had its broadcast premier on PBS in December 2018. This film tells the story of the transformation of Times Square, the value of the arts and artists to community and how individual lives can flourish when there is safe affordable housing. Directed by Academy Award nominated director Alice Elliott, with appearances by Alicia Keys, Larry David, Donald Faison, Terrence Howard, Giancarlo Esposito, and Angela Lansbury  all who lived in the building during their careers. In fact, most of them may not have become stars if they hadn’t. Miracle on 42nd Street has been embraced by the housing community and has screened at the NYU Furman Center for Urban Policy and Real Estate,  is endorsed by The 42nd Street Development Corporation and the NYC Housing Coalition. Miracle on 42nd Street has been profiled in Forbes, People, The NY Post. “As architects we aspire to create beautiful buildings.
